Any and All Entries submitted past January 1st will be charged a $50 late fee.

Books close 1 hour prior to event

Entries can be paid via Venmo by January 1st or Cash ONLY upon arrival

The number of pay out spots is dependent on the number of entries

PLEASE BE SURE TO LET OFFICE STAFF KNOW PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT IF YOU HAVE ENTERED A SIDEPOT! IF YOU DO NOT GIVE A NOTICE, AND YOU ARE ENTERED IN THE ROPING MORE THAN ONCE WITH ONLY ONE SIDEPOT ENTRY, YOUR SIDEPOT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DESIGNATED TO YOUR “A” RUN!!
